Class Cost

Classes at The Yoga Corner are offered in 10 week sessions. Please check the schedule to confirm class dates, as they may vary.

You may attend & pay for one class or purchase a Class Card with the number of classes that fits your summer schedule. The more you purchase the less you pay per class.

$16 for a single class

Class Cards:
$13.50/class when you purchase 2-5 classes per session
$12.00/class when you purchase 6-10 classes per session
$10.50/class when you purchase 11-20 classes per session
(This last price is valid if you plan to attend more than one class per week)

* Make up policy: You may attend another class on another day during the session if you miss your regular class.

* Classes purchased for the FALL Session must be used by the end of the Fall session and may not be carried over to the NEXT Session

Svaroopa Yoga Therapy

(Yoga Therapy and Embodyment were created by Rama Berch, founder of the Svaroopa style of Hatha Yoga)
Experience the extraordinary, transformative power of a Personal Yoga Therapy Session. You are supported in carefully selected poses tailored to your needs while you relax into a deeply peaceful state of mind and body. Deep tensions are released and unraveled due to very precise alignments and specialized adjustments in the poses. Appropriate for all physical levels and body types.

Embodyment Therapy

Elephants photoEmbodyment® is a hands-on healing method based on the principles of Svaroopa yoga. Embodyment® also works by releasing the core tensions in the body, facilitating the body's own natural ability to heal itself. The effects of one session are equivalent to 6 yoga classes but without the poses.

Embodyment® Overlap Healing: a series of daily sessions that can provide a fast and powerful healing with a minimum of relapse (or none). Overlap Healing is recommended for conditions or problems that need accelerated and maximum healing. A series would include a minimum of 10 sessions, but more typically 15. 15 sessions would be spread out over a month. The sessions are concentrated to provide deep and rapid change and then tapered off slowly to allow the body to adapt. Commitment to the whole series is required and follow-up sessions or classes are recommended.

Private Yoga Instruction

For those who prefer one-on-one instruction or who can't make it to regularly scheduled classes. A private class is also recommended for the reluctant beginner as an introduction and orientation. Private instructions provides attention to your individual needs and a chance to have your personal yoga questions answered. You can learn what is best for your home practice and check your alignment in the postures. This is also for those who prefer one-on-one instruction or who can't make it to regularly scheduled classes.
